Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team in Ludlow, Kentucky. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a cozy, European-style dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and information about our authentic Spanish tapas, wines, beers & cocktails.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

• Memorize and explain menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Process payments accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables.

• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of food safety practices.

• Interest in Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is also a plus..
