Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Spanish tapas dishes with consistency and quality.

• Assist in menu execution, including plating and presentation.

• Help with kitchen prep, organization, and cleanliness.

• Train and mentor entry-level cooks.

• Ensure all health and safety standards are met in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and interest in Spanish/Mediterranean cuisine.

• Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced kitchen.

• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
